  • Architected and led delivery of an administration platform spanning order management workflows, a new UI, and Go and Python microservices, enabling customer support representatives to manage customer orders.
  • Designed and implemented authentication and authorization with single sign-on (SSO) and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Provided technical leadership for 3–5 engineers implementing release management practices in collaboration with site reliability engineering (SRE) and other engineering teams.
  • Led a cross-department initiative to centralize configuration and map platform topology and service dependencies.
